At Dried Flowers & Decor, we want you to be delighted with your botanical arrangements. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the dried florals in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our floral experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
